6'4" is ideal if you have top tier muscle building genetics, and can attain a proportional body in the gym. This is very few people, so for the most part 6'4" is not ideal.

All else being equal 5-7 to 6'1 is ideal, as long as you can attain enough muscle to fill out in the gym, without being fat.

Above 6'4" and you start becoming less attractive with every inch, aside from a small niche of women, most of whom are fat and have self esteem problems.
