Im 15 and I bone smashed my chin for about a week and a half and there is already noticeable results. Now before anyone tells me its just swelling they are wrong because the last time I bone smashed was about a week ago and I wasn't hitting my chin with a hammer or as hard for it to still be swollen on my face right now. Ive been following a not so known PDF about it and this shit actually works so why do people call it cope??

i think doing it now is gd also doe since im going through puberty it can speed up the recovery idk thats what i think
