That's what having good genetics and being smart (knowing how to eat and exercise + nose breathing + being consistent at a young age) get's you. Most people that follow his advice and may even be successful at achieving 10% body fat would still need surgeries to have that kind of forward growth face (not that they know or want to, cuz' redpillers are quite naive and delusional on average).
"Mewing" won't do shit for extra forward growth on people over 10 years old, it will only prevent them from being more recessed than they actually are (which already is enough, but "hard mewers" and orthotropics copers are -50 IQ on average).

No step off in the jaw body, no visible residual lumps from filler migration, no bloated face, sharp and harmonious lower third, well developed zygos (which he already had if you look at the "bad" before side profile pictures).
He's a mewing coper teenager, lmao if you think he would have the best surgery result possible when he's a redpiller and was underage on his transformation period, so no good surgeon would have operated on him either way. He just was consistent and had luck.
It's different from other "mewers" like Salludon, who was 20+ years old and clearly had implants and/or fillers, because his lip seal still looks the same, his chin is overprojected in comparison to his jaw body and his ramus is too tall and straight even for someone with great jaw development (let alone for someone with a malocclusion like him, we haven't seen a single pic smiling yet, but you can tell it's off because of the terrible lip seal). How can mewing work and give forward growth to the entire face, yet the lip seal and jaw body remain the same, when they should be the first affected by mewing? Because he got implants and/or fillers, not mewing.
You can see that the whole face grew up with Brae and his features didn't drastically change (like happened with Salludon's eye area), they just became bigger with puberty and more visible due to being leaner.
The browrige on Salludon is lower set, not bigger, which is impossible with puberty. Brae's is bigger but has the same shape (which is what happens with puberty).

Yeah I know about him.
He's leaner + had puberty, his bone structure is good but not great (high gonial angle, long midface, uneven eyes). If he had surgery, it would have been on lips and maybe in the nose IMO (which still is hard to tell, because he uses before and after pics with completely different lighting and focal lenght).
Still, pretty far from the mewing promises of whole face forward growth, if that shit worked for adults he would have higher set zygos, more compact midface, symmetrical eyes and lower gonial angle...which he doesn't have btw.
Surgeries are good for the right person, what is bad is lying about it.

Very low IQ consensus, just look at him:
Average width jaw, high gonial angle and unbloated face with no signs of fillers. That's a natural leanmaxxing + puberty transformation.
A good example of fillers would be Astrosky, this is after "mewing". Notice how he still has a downward grown chin and high gonial angle with a pronounced antegonial notch, like Syrian Psycho (again, downward growth traits). Muh mewing:

Gonial angle is lower, antegonial notch dissapeared, chin got more projected and the face became bloated.
If Syrian Psycho had fillers, he would have a similar transformation (which didn't happen).
