Just 5-10 mins a day, you will get a little swollen after that but its normal.

Not gonna lie frequency is better for your jaw muscles. Just buy falim or mastic. Much easier to stay consistent.

The rubber thingys might deteriorate and become gross after awhile, the large rubber ball will definitely only use your front teeth, messing with your actual jaw mechanics and training it at an odd angle, it’s why we chew with our molars. Falim is extremely cheap though. And mostly edible as opposed to just rubber.
