Taking any stims for a long time doesn’t sound like a very good idea

don’t listen to doctors who say you should take it every day, do it on days where you actually need to focus and cut off it when you’re older

as long as you do not abuse stimulants you are fine but overall they do affect your health
if you do not have adhd or you do have it and can manage it without stims or non stims then try to avoid them especially when you are below 18

They will impair your natural attention span and damage your liver long term

But the liver damage isn't a problem if you're on moderate dose and take it EOD

You need to be taking Stims eod to maintain your capacity to function without them

They should be like some pleasant training wheels on your bike, for when you're too tired to balance

They shouldn't replace your balance.

I'm sure you get it, and prob already know, but this is the biggest issue with Stims so take it seriously.
