What is love, baby don't hurt me...
This song ain't wrong, you can only be hurt when you loved. But to love doesn't mean to be loved, so where going to debunk the "mutual love" idea. First, love is not an idea it's a feeling, a genuine desire for something to be a certain way.

This means the feeling on love is into an object (not necessarily humans) but people say love is inconditional. If this were true then we would be cappable to love everyone (like Jesus) but that doesn't make sense, if you treat everyone equally it speaks more of yourself than what you do to others. What is the purpose of feeling in love if we ain't making a difference in the world.

This action of love we make conditions the world, to love is to judge. To judge is to distinct certain things (like people from others), we cannot love something we don't value as good so the object of love is necessary to be according to our desires.

Love is an extension of ourselves, in this sense, even bad people can love other bad people because they see themselves in them. But love can never be mutual because is not in the same terms, this explains why some people stop having affection to others because they change constantly, so behind the aura of purity of love lays Ego.

You love someone for being something according to an idea you agree on, not for being themselves. If they change then you stop loving them. We make a difference in the world separating who are deserved of love and who aren't (like criminals). You can't love the person itself, love debunked.

Every emotion is chemistry not just love, it comes with our human body and some animals have the same cappability of having those emotions but not in the same depth as humans, humans create ideas around it (feelings) atleast this won't change the nature of emotions no matter how society changes. Without emotions actions don't have a purpose, we would became robots (no desire/need). Emotions and brain are not necessarily related, they function on their own.
