Best type of doctor or surgeon to fix this mandible asymmetry?

Is it oral surgeon?

I got an X-ray done and an oral surgeon said to me that one of my ramus (right side) is shorter than left. And he said surgery is the only way to correct this but there will be complications...

Or can injection to make the right side grow?

my sister is very balanced and normal, why so unlucky? this makes me look so fking bad. also extreme malocclusion, and crooked teeth, and asymmetries in whole face, uneven eye, cheekbones, lips, mouth. not just that but posture and uneven leg and shoulders as well, and chest, whole body is fucked.

Ive got the same issue, not really genetic, I just got the conclusion where I assume facial development is pretty random as our bodies prioritized survival leaving a good % of the world with less than remarkable faces
