what is your guys hair care routine?

i got straight dry hair and looking to get a wavy/fluffy perm in around a month, right now i shampoo and use conditioner daily, and tropically apply rosemary oil before i sleep. what can i do to make my hair less dry? ive heard that like onlt shampooing twice a week helps.
