what age did you guys stop growing? (height wise)

i ate a lot and was a bit overweight from it, and i'm not the type of person that easily gains weight so i was eating A LOT

19 (187cm), still growing my father grew till 23 but I have an extreme late bloomer gene as I started finally growing taller than my mates at age 17. I grew about 5cm since 18.

Stopped growing at age 15 and that‘s also when I became height conscious. I made so many photos from my body, always felt insecure about my height etc. It was over at 15. I would be proud to be myself if I only was taller. Height is everything. Height is what makes you feel like a superior man. Not muscles, money or anything else.

My growth spurt started when i was 16. I am still growing (I just turned 19)
