Make sure no one distracts you during these times, this seems easier said than done, you now see many people becoming pessimistic. We first saw this in October last year, after which it disappeared for a while, but it has now completely returned to the crypto market.
We must absolutely distance ourselves from these people. The danger is great because what they will do is transfer their emotion onto you. The biggest danger now is that you will actually listen to what people who are in (extreme) losses have to say online.
You should never, ever get involved in this. What you will see now is that many noobs suddenly fall back on "foundations" but have never looked at a foundation in a crypto hype. They wonder who the developers actually are etc etc. when you see posts like this there is only one way to approach them and that is to measure the sentiment that comes from what they are actually saying and spreading, remember well this is very difficult because there is a danger that you will be sucked into their stories, if you notice this in yourself STOP READING CRYPTO COMMENTS!.
