My daily supplements intake :

Started recently but here is my daily intake :

Vitamin A (retinol) : 800µg
Vitamin B12 : 400µg
Vitamin B6 : 1.4 mg
Vitamin C : 130 mg
Zinc : 10 mg + 15 mg
Lutein : 20 mg
Zeaxanthin : 2.5 mg
Bilberry Extract : 6 mg
Marine collagen hydrolyzate : 800 µg
Hyaluronic Acid : 250 mg

I'm also on a diet and i try to go the gym ! What do you guys think about it, any advices/opinions ?
