im 183cm(6ft) at 14 (almost 15) and i have not seen any progress in a few months
i might have stopped growing which i dont want to
my dad is 184 and i want to grow to 190
is there anyway to keep growing and to not get capped by my dad genetics?(mom is 160)

u most likely stopped growing lmao. i also stopped at around 14. but im 188 cm not 180 manlet thankfully, im just king of manlets which i can fraud with nike airforces and lifts so its not that bad

6ft is short for nowdays west standards

not possible to grow taller than genetic predetermined height no matter what you do, even hgh

bruh my dad is 195 and my mom is also 160 cm.

and guess what im only 188 cm, so i doubt you will be 193 cm if im not

i mostly stopped growing at 15.5

i am almost 17 now and went from 6 foot 2.5 at 15.5 to 6 foot 3 now
