Does being in a caloric deficit ,while eating lots of protein, stunt height growth?

that's a vague question. you should check your hormones on that diet and if growth hormone and/or testosterone levels are lower because of the diet it could be stunting height growth.

being in a caloric deficit doesn't mean you will stunt height necessarily. a lot of fat people lose weight but they didn't stunt their height because there was still enough calories consumed and hormone levels weren't lowered significantly because of it.

if you start to notice you're feeling very tired and not being horny you need to check your hormone levels and if they are much lower than before you need to stop being in a caloric deficit (you went too far).

just make sure you have healthy bmi and don't look like a skeleton. for example being 50kg at 180cm without muscle will cause you to stunt growth for sure. a lot of people seem to think that just being skinny will result in stunted height but that's not the case. you need to have north-korean levels of hormone deficiencies to actually significantly stunt growth and that's probably not the case, unless you're starving yourself.
