Depends on your credit tbh, 200k seems a bit steep unless it's a home loan

It depends on your credit history. I doubt 200k is feasible. For 70k they’ll probably let you take around 30k out with a good interest rate. Anything more than that (especially without good credit, if they let you at all) and it’s almost not worth doing.
