I'm currently suplimenting 10,000 ui D3 + K2 (438mcg), 478mg MSM aswell as zinc, magnesium and aschwaganda

What could i possibly add to my stack ? Thought about HGH but ultimately couldn't get it

Also unironically perform bonesmashing and zygos pulling (cope)

They definitely do, I've had fat grafting done to my temples because they got extremely hollow and made me look gaunt. 8cc of fat in each temple.
